    • All customer data is hosted in AWS Singapore region.
    • We do not transfer personal data outside Singapore.

    Our practices adhere to the PDPA’s obligation to ensure data is stored securely and used responsibly.

    Personal data is retained for up to 7 years for compliance, legal, or audit purposes.
